    I love it, it always makes me change course when I hear something on niching down because the temptation is to get too broad. I’ve been getting too broad in my biz lately and it is taking its toll so this podcast really helped me get back on track.

    I know exactly what you mean. I’ve been there…in fact just this week. Been taking a hard look at things and making tough decisions to make sure I stay on track for my longterm lifestyle design. Perpetual “broadening” is something that we entrepreneurs have to be constantly vigilant about.
