If you’re creating online content, then it’s safe to assume two things: you’re trying to reach a specific target market and there’s a particular action (or set of actions) that you want them to take. This is usually to buy, but could also include to rate, review, vote, subscribe, click, donate, etc.
So how do you get your market to act? Many businesses either struggle too hard to do this or fail at it all together. The good news is that the solution is quite simple. It will transform your marketing and sales process from being a chore into a fulfilling, successful and even fun online venture. This solution is the focus of this episode.
In This Episode We Discuss…
- The best way to get your market to act
- How a small Virginia-based business increased sales 38% in one year using online content
- The sources that your prospects turn to in order to make buying decisions
- How to position yourself to be the go-to person for your market

I am an art teacher – sharing articles online has built up a wealth of ideas and a body of work.
Good for backing resume but also great way to talk with students
I encourage my students to do the same
I think in terms of encouraging self responsibility for learning – rather than trying to have influence
By this I mean modelling to the students that they can have influence in the world and control over their own learning and success.
I like your ideas by the way

Hello Jason! I love your tips during IBM and now on here, is just great! I´m having a bit of struggle for my readers to subscribe, take action as you say. I even offered 30 days full acess to the comunity in change for their emails by signing up our newsletter. But it still slow and …guess the site is just VERY new yet?1 month old!
Maybe I should just wait untill I build the trustfull relationship with them ,as you say…
Once again, congrats and I admire your work a lot!
