I like #2 and #3, both having to do with building community. I think this is SO important and an often overlooked part of the process. Great content + loyal community = goodness for everyone!

They’re all great ideas but the first one you list seems to be the one that needs the most attention.

When new media personalities say “premium content”, some people tend to cringe. There has to be a proper balance of free content and monetizing your efforts.

I’d like to hear your thoughts on that one. Whatever you talk about I’m sure it will be compelling.
