How it Works

Catalyst is designed to give you weekly opportunities to grow your business. The mastermind calls are mandatory. The other meetings are optional.

Mastermind Call with Hot Seats

The first week of the month, we'll have a 2-2.5 hour mastermind call where everyone will have a 20-minute hot seat to get help with a goal or challenge in their business.

These hot seats are transformational. I've seen mastermind members go from feeling totally overwhelmed to being totally clear and confident. This is where you get to benefit not only from my knowledge but from the collective experience and expertise of the other mastermind members.

We'll also set goals and do accountability check-ins about the previous month's goals.

Business Growth Workshops

During the second and fourth weeks of the month, I'll organize one-hour workshops focused on topics that are immediately applicable to the goals and needs of the mastermind members. I teach these workshops myself or invite top experts in my network to share what's working right now to grow your business.

Examples of past workshop topics include search engine optimization, LinkedIn strategy, outsourcing, sales for people who hate sales, and copywriting. If there's a topic that's important to you, we'll be sure to address it.

Group Q&A

During the third week of the month, we'll have a one-hour group Q&A session. This allows you to get live help from me and others in the group to keep you moving forward toward your most important goals.
