DAY 1: Friday 10am-6pm + evening activity
SESSION 1: Clarify Your Vision
We’ll start the workshop with activities that will help you get clear and focused about the future of your brand, business and body of work. We'll answer the big questions like what's next and what's possible. If you feel trapped in your own business (or have maybe even fallen out of love with your business), if the future feels foggy, or you're just not sure how to get from where you are to where you want to be, this session will make the future of your business and brand crystal clear.
SESSION 2: Find Your Focus, Crush Confusion, and Banish Overwhelm
Next, we'll help you get focused. If you currently feel pulled in too many directions, our unique frameworks will help you easily say NO to the things that are slowing you down and YES to the things that will fast-track your growth. We'll help you identify anything that's missing and exactly what you must double down on in your business to accelerate your success.
SESSION 3: Identify Your Unique Genius
In this session, we’ll help you dig deep and better understand the strengths and perspective that make you different and memorable. Then we’ll identify specific ways you can better leverage your unique genius in your business to unlock new levels of growth, fulfillment, impact, and income.
In this section you'll identify exactly what you need to change, realign, innovate, double down on, or delete from your business model (including your marketing strategy, sales funnel, and product offers) to unlock your next level of growth and make your vision inevitable. This is about helping to get you from point A (where you are now) to point B (where you want to be). You'll gain clarity about the best business model and strategic path forward specifically for YOU and your vision.
SESSION 4: Refferable Brand, Remarkable Message
Then we’ll move into our Frame Workshops™ where you will work with us and other attendees to uncover the message that will position you as an industry authority and attract more of your ideal clients. We'll also help you make it even more memorable and remarkable to those you serve so that you gain more mainstream attention, generate bigger reach, attract more prestigious opportunities, get more referrals, and stand out above the echo chamber.
SESSION 5: Find Your Distinct Voice
In this session we’ll do workshop activities together that will help you identify and leverage the parts of who you are and the message you share that are the most remarkable and compelling so that you can stand out in the marketplace and more easily attract the audience you want to work with most.
We’ll help you tap into your authentic voice so that your brand and messaging reflects who you are and what is most important to you. Not only will this amplify your impact, it will also lead you to find greater fulfillment and meaning in the work you do.
You’ll know exactly what your “sweet spot” is in the marketplace and how you can most clearly rise above the noise to create a truly unique, authentic, and impactful body of work.
DAY 2: Saturday, 10am-6pm
SESSION 6: Take the pressure out of the sales process by focussing on attention generation, trust building, and customer inspiration
Before you have a lasting impact in the lives of the customers you serve, you have to earn their trust. Trust is also at the core of getting people to buy from and work with you. Before you can earn their trust, you have to gain their attention and keep their attention.
But in the Attention Economy -- where attention is getting increasingly hard to earn and where everyone seems to say the same things and use the same noisy sales tactics -- how can you earn attention, gain trust, and inspire people to buy in a way that aligns with your values, mission, and message.
In this session, we’ll help you design a sales workflow and customer journey that maximize the impact you have, the value you deliver to, and the income you earn from each customer who does business with you. Not only that, but you’ll discover how to happily sell from a place of service, lasting impact, and meaningful change rather than relying on tools and tactics that don’t align with who you are.
SESSION 7: Close More Clients, Acquire More Customers
All too often we miss out on opportunities to connect with the people we can serve most simply because we are communicating with them in a way that doesn’t match who they are and how they buy. This is often due to learning sales processes or formulas that are meant to convert a specific type of client and ignore the various personalities and prior experiences of those who don’t fit inside that box.
In this session we’ll review the three roles that we all inevitably fall into when selling our services and how they affect our sales process. You’ll also get the opportunity to “sharpen the ax” during this session and test out your sales conversations in real time to see what’s working and what can be improved.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a much clearer picture of how you sell, how your clients buy, and how you can create a culture that attracts the types of clients you want.
SESSION 8: Signature Thought Leadership Method
Here you’ll design a clear, compelling method or process that reflects your unique value proposition. Once you’ve defined this, it will be much easier to for you to know exactly what products, programs, services, and other income streams you need to create to fuel the growth of your empire.
SESSION 9: Find and Leverage Your Brand Advocates
In this section you’ll learn how to identify the people who can best support your work and help your business grow in a mutually beneficial and authentic way. This is not your typical “networking” advice. We’ve created powerful concepts and frameworks to help you become a relationship powerhouse, even if you're an introverted wallflower or you’re sick of the “high school popularity games” that are so common in many industries.
SESSION 10: Forge the Path Forward
Finally, we’ll bring everything together and work with you to develop an action plan so that you leave the workshop with clarity and confidence, knowing exactly what to focus on next. Not only that, but you’ll have already checked off some of the most critical steps before the workshop even ends, giving you the fuel and momentum you need to start making the change you want to make in the world starting now and not “someday later.”
Think of this workshop as grad school, not high school.
