3 elements to work less and earn more

1) A Scalable Genius™ Method

This is a way to organize and systematize your unique approach to guiding your clients to their desired outcomes.

By organizing your expertise, tools, training, and unique perspective into a repeatable, organized system, serving your clients gets much easier and takes much less of your time.

This doesn’t mean you have a one-size-fits-all system. A proper Scalable Genius Method is organized into modules you can arrange in a customized path for each client based on their current needs and goals without creating extra work for you.

A Scalable Genius model doesn’t only make it easier to serve clients; it also makes it much easier to:

  • Create content that generates leads and sales
  • Launch new offers to serve specific needs in your market
  • Pitch to land opportunities to speak or go on podcasts
  • Attract ideal clients with a unique message
  • Enroll new clients because your process is clear and compelling

2) A Client Hub

The client hub is where your clients can log in to access training, tools, and templates that make it easier and faster for them to complete the action steps you guide them through.

A client hub reduces the time you spend on the phone with clients, whether 1:1 or in a group program.

It allows you to spend phone time with clients strategizing, giving feedback, and working on mindset concerns.

You never have to teach how to do things or repeat the same stuff with each client because the client hub provides everything they need to take action once you’ve put a plan together. Your clients also get much more out of our face time.

Clients love it because they can see you’ve thought things through carefully and are prepared with a system to get them to the desired goal.

It makes it easier for them to find and review concise, well-organized training and tools specific to their needs.

3) A One-to-Many Scalable Offer

This is a group program that allows you to guide multiple people at a time through your Scalable Genius Method rather than spending 1:1 time with everyone.

The format can vary, but it typically consists of some access to you (or team members) and to a community or group of other clients like them. They get a better experience and more value when you bring them together like this.

They learn from and advise each other. They realize their struggles are the same things others deal with. Results are better and faster when you facilitate group experiences with your clients.

This element is optional, though it greatly amplifies your impact and income if you have it. I also have clients who use their Scalable Genius™ Method and Client Hub to serve more 1:1 clients.
